How long is each session?

Each session will usually last around 50 minutes.

What is your availability?

My available times are:

Weekday evenings 6pm- 9pm

Thursdays 2pm-9pm.

Saturdays 9am-5pm.

How much will each session cost?

Each session will cost £50.00

What qualifications do you have?

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Groupwork and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate.

What issues do you work with?

I specialise in treating low self-esteem but can also treat depression,social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, generalised anxiety and panic disorder.

I also work with people suffering from grief including baby loss.

I am based at the following locations:

I also offer online counselling and I am flexible in relation to times I can offer.
