WELCOME!
I am a qualified CBT therapist offering therapy in Glasgow city centre, Clarkston in the south side of Glasgow, and online across the UK.
I specialise in helping in adults and young people (12-17) who struggle with low self-esteem and persistent self-critical thoughts. Many of the people I work with experience a harsh inner critic, constant self-doubt or feelings of not being 'good enough'. These patterns can affect confidence, relationships, work, and overall wellbeing, often leading to anxiety, avoidance, or depression. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help clients understand the thoughts and beliefs that keep low self-esteem going and develop healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and coping.
Alongside low self-esteem, I also work with depression and a range of anxiety difficulties, including health anxiety, panic attacks, excessive worry, phobias, and stress. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where we can work together to understand what is maintaining your difficulties and identify practical strategies for change.
My approach is evidence based, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. CBT focuses on helping you understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms, and behaviours, while building tools that can help you feel more confident and in control.
